CRM_WFM_SOPHOURS - Define Special Operating Hours

In this IMG activity, you define the special operating hours. Unless you specify otherwise, the system assumes the location is open during the hours specified in the IMG Activity Define Default Operating Hours.Use Define Special Operating Hours to define time periods such as seasonal / holiday periods or special campaign / promotions periods, where operating hours vary from default operating hours.
