CRM_WRKLST_DEF_SYS - BAdI: Integrate Other SAP Systems in Workflow Inbox

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Workflow Inbox (CRM-BF-WFI) component.

You can use this BAdI to influence, at user level, which of the SAP systems that are integrated into the workflow inbox of the worklist in Service are relevant for the user at runtime.

The BAdI is called during the application start of the workflow inbox in the worklist. This is when the RFC systems are determined that need to be called for workflow tasks assigned to the current users.

You have maintained at least one SAP system for integration with the workflow inbox of the worklist. You do this in Customizing activity Integrate Other SAP Systems in Workflow Inbox.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

The BAdI is designed for single use. Only one activated implementation is called and executed.

If there is no active customer implementation, all RFC systems maintained in Customizing activity Integrate Other SAP Systems in Workflow Inbox are considered for the determination of workflow tasks assigned to the current users.
