CR_UDMVC_LOCPROFIL - Create Profile for Case Search

In this Customizing activity, you make the settings for the case search. Note that the word "case" in this context is used as a general term for documented credit decisions or credit limit requests. You can define the following data:

• The selection screen layout

• Fields that can be changed in the results list of the case search

If you want to use your own attributes in the search profile for documented credit decisions in addition to the standard attributes, you have included the corresponding fields in customer include CI_UKM_DCD_ATTR of database table UKM_DCD_ATTR in the ABAP dictionary.

You cannot use your own attrbiutes in the search profile for credit limit requests.

The standard system contains the following search profile for SAP Credit Management:

• Search profile SAP Credit Management (F_CR) is used by element type UKM_SPS_LOC_CLCR, and is used to search for credit limit requests.

• The search profile Case Search for Documented Credit Decisions (FDCD_LOC) is used by two different element types:

• Element type UKM_SPS_LOC_DCD uses it for the general search for documented credit decisions.

• Element type UKM_SPS_MY_DCDS uses it for the following restricted search: My Documented Credit Decisions.

You can define how the overdue items of Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) are to be sorted in the case search results list. To do this, use variant UKM_DCD_LOC of report Parameters in Reporting (UKM_REPORT_CUSTOMIZING).
