CUST360_DOCSTTGV - Define Settings for Business Documents in Customer 360 App

You can make the following settings that affect how the Customer 360 app displays and handles business documents:

• Settings for Recent Documents: You can define the criteria that the system uses to define which business documents are considered recent. You can also define the types of business document that the Customer 360 app displays. For example, you can set the recency criterion to 20 days to display all the business documents modified in the last 20 days.

• Settings for Business Documents Pending Approval: You can choose the types of business document that are pending approval and which you want the app to display. For example, marking the checkbox for credit memo request will display only the credit memo requests that are pending approval.

• Settings for Business Documents: You can define the search period (in days). You can also define which types of business documents the Customer 360 app displays. For example, a search period of 90 days displays all the business documents that have been modified in the last 90 days.
