CVP_EOPCLASS - Register Application Classes for EoP Check

In this Customizing activity, you define and store which end of purpose checks are to be run for an application that uses customers or suppliers.

For this, the name of a class that implements the interface CVP_IF_APPL_EOP_CHECK must be registered for each application name. The interface provides the following methods that can be implemented accordingly in the application class:

• CHECK_PARTNERS – End of purpose check for a list of customers, suppliers, or contact persons

• CHECK_CPD_PARTNERS – End of purpose check for application data for a one-time customer or one-time account

These methods are called in the end of purpose checks by the program for blocking customers or suppliers.

For each entry, the following can also be specified:

• The call priority, to ensure that the check is carried out for central or more important applications first. In the event of active use, the end of purpose check can then be prevented in other applications.

• The relevance of the end of purpose check for each organizational level. Customers and suppliers can be blocked at general level as well as company code level. For each entry, the level at which the application can be checked can be specified. For example, an application can support a block at company code level if all data of the application is managed with reference to a company code.
