CWTY_ITEMTYPEGROUPS - Define Item Type Groups

In this step you can define item type groups and assign customer-specific item types to them.

You can use the item type groups to exclude item types of specific claim types and/or restrict to certain claim types.

You have defined customer-specific item types in Customizing for Warranty Processing.

Item type group 00 is contained in the SAP standard delivery with the standard item types delivered by SAP.
