DAAG_DAGGRP - Maintain Data Aging Group

Data aging run is always performed on a data aging group.

This Customizing activity contains two subtasks:

• Define Group ID

• Assign data aging objects to group ID

In this Customizing activity, you define the Group ID. Each group ID has a unique identifier assigned to it. You can assign data aging objects to the data aging group.

Define Group ID

To define a new Group ID, proceed as follows:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. In the Group IDfield, enter the group ID. This is a unique identifier for the data aging group. This is a mandatory field.
3. In the Description of Data Aging Group field, enter the group description.
4. Choose Save.

Assign Data Aging Objects to Group

Prerequisites:

The group ID must be defined.

Activity

To assign data aging objects to the group ID, proceed as follows:

1. Choose Group ID.
2. Select an entry from the list of group IDs.
3. Choose Data Aging Objects.
4. Choose New Entries.
5. Enter Seq. No. for the data aging object. This is a mandatory field.
6. Enter the Name of Data Aging Object.
7. Choose Save.
