Deleting entries in tables T706A (deductions), T706U (accommodations per diems and maximum amounts), T706V (meals per diems by hours and maximum amounts), T706F (travel flate rates) and T706H (meals per diems scaled by time). There is a connection to the transport system.

You want, for example, to delete all entries that have been invalid for over 10 years.

The Customizing in the client must be open. The user requires maintenance authorization for the above-mentioned tables, and transaction code authorization for PRT4.

The 'Test Run' checkbox is selected by default. The valid-to date is predefined as less than 7 years before the current date.

The tables in which deletions are to be performed must be selected. Additionally, there are general selection options and specific selection options per table. CAUTION: If the selection is not restricted, all entries will be deleted without exception. Therefore, test run and a valid-to date are selected in advance. A confirmation prompt is displayed before the deletion is performed.
