In this Customizing activity, you maintain phase values and descriptions that are associated with the operation or exercise. An indicator for the operation or exercise defines the context in which it is used.

- Enable civil authority for operation
Check whether the phases provided in the standard system meet your requirements.
If necessary, create new phases.
You can define this field without restriction because it does not directly affect business processes.
