DFS_LEAD_PLC_ASSGMT - BAdI: Validation for Leading Platform Assignment

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the IS-DFS-PM-MNT component.

You use this BAdI to influence the creation, update and deletion of the leading platform code to the material business object assignment.

This BAdI is only called from the “Assign Platform Codes” app when an assignment between the leading platform code and material business object is created, updated or deleted using the “Assign Platform Codes” app.

A standard default BAdI implementation exists, which contains a standard validation for the leading platform code to the material business object assignment. You can add your own validations by deactivating the default BAdI implementation and creating and activating your own implementation of this BAdI.

• There is an active default implementation.

• The BAdI is not filter-dependent and is designed for single use only.

• Deactivate the standard implementation.

• Create your own implementation.

• Activate your own implementation instead of the standard implementation.
