DHCDC_CUST_ALIST - Define Allowlists for CDS View Extraction

Define allowlists for CDS view extraction.

When displaying CDS views for data extraction, users can only see the views for which they have been explicitly authorized. To define these authorizations, you create one or more groups in this step and define the relevant list of CDS views for each of these groups. Afterwards, you use these groups in your communication scenario so that the users for this scenario can see the CDS views from the list for their group.

1. Execute the activity.
2. In the maintenance view, enter a name and a description for your new authorization group and choose either All data extraction views or Explicit allow list (in column Type).
3. To specify which views you want to be part of your allowlist, select the line for the relevant authorization group and choose Extraction Views.
4. Select the relevant entries using the value help and save your settings.
