DIFX_CUSTTERM - Define Custom Differentiation Terms

You can define up to five custom differentiation terms and then enter the corresponding values for each new custom differentiation term.

• Under Define and Assign Differentiations, you can then define and assign a differentiation using these custom differentiation terms.

• The custom differentiation terms that are used in a differentiation must be entered in the financial transaction data on the Administration tab.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Choose the term you want to enter in the Custom Differentiation Term field, for example Term 1.
3. Enter the short, medium, and long label for the new differentiation term.
4. Define up to five new differentiation terms.
5. Save your entries.
6. To enter the values for the new differentiation term, select the differentiation term and choose Define Values on the left.
7. Choose New Entries.
8. Enter the values and their description.
9. Save your entries.
