DMS_SKPR02 - Define document area
SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity you enter for each document area the server and port of the Web AS Java that is used for the display component of the SAP Knowledge Warehouse, the Internet Knowledge Servlet (IKS).
If there are several SAP Knowledge Warehouse (KW) systems, you can also specify another KW system as
display destination in this activity. Documents called for display are then called from this system.
This can be useful if you develop contents in the current KW system and then transport them into another KW system which contains the consolidated, released contents.
The display destination is the KW system from which contents are called for display, the maintenance
destination is the KW system in which documents are edited. A maintenance destination is only to be
specified when Customizing a non-KW system whose applications maintain contents in a KW system. Do not specify a maintenance destination when Customizing a KW system.
You have configured the display component of the SAP KW following the instructions in the configuration guide for SAP Knowledge Warehouse. You can find the link to the configuration guide in SAP Note 1287381
The fields Display Destination and Maintenance Destination contain no entries or the entry NONE.
SAP already provided appropriate values for the rest of the fields, such as FktWerte, PostSearch, Indexkomp, AttributeValue, Document Released and Queue Check. Do not maintain them.
