As of phase 3 release 6 of the DSN, the social protection agencies (OPSs) and the authorized blocks for each OPS are supported in the nil declaration, and consequently the following types of nil declaration can be generated:

• Full nil declaration (called employer view nil DSN in the Technical Specifications for DSN phase 3 release 6): this is created for a SIRET number which has no employee incorporated in it and which, specifically, has no block 30 (Individual).

• Partial nil declaration (called OPS view nil DSN in the Technical Specifications for DSN phase 3 release 6): this is created when a SIRET number has at least one employee incorporated in it for a given monthly DSN and which, specifically, has at least one block 30 (Individual) but does not contain contributions to be declared to one or more OPSs for the payroll period in question.
