EAM_MPL_FC - BAdI: Field Control for Maintenance Plan

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Enterprise Asset Management component (EAM). You can use this BAdI to control user interface fields for the maintenance plan related applications. Specifically, this BAdI can be used to modify the properties of individual plan header fields and whether these fields are visible, mandatory, or optional. It also enables the user to determine if field values can be changed or displayed as read-only.

Note: We recommend taking a look at the IF_EAMS_EXT_MAINT_PLAN_FC~SET_FIELD_PROPERTIES method in detail before implementing custom logic. This method provides you with instructions on how to do this without breaking standard application logic. Implementation example class CL_EX_EAMS_MAINT_PLAN_FC.
