EAM_REWORK_PARAM - Define Order Parameters for Rework Analysis

Enable this configuration to view the Rework Card in the Maintenance Backlog Overview app.

The Rework card in the Maintenance Backlog Overview app helps you identify maintenance related, operational, or material quality-related issues that result in premature functional failure of the equipment.

With this configuration, you can define parameters to help in the classification of orders as rework orders.

To view information on the rework card, you must:

• Provide the order history timeframe (recommended timeframe is 15 days, however, you can specify a timeframe up to 30 days)

• Provide the order type and maintenance activity type combination(s)

This IMG activity has two sections for maintaining the parameters for rework analysis:

• Order History (1-30 days). For example, the system determines the orders as rework based on repetitive order(s) in the order history timeframe

• One or more Order Type – Maintenance Activity Type combinations. For example, consider only reactive maintenance orders with maintenance activity type indicating repair
