This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the ECC SE component.

You can use this BAdI to change the data field mapping of the external structure (XI structure) to the internal structure (of the function module called in the interface).

The BAdI definition is called at two places with different methods:

  • Once the structure of the incoming query message has been mapped to the structure called internally by the function module, the result of this mapping procedure can be adapted using BAdI method inbound_processing.
In addition, this method makes it possible to define the company code. This is necessary if service users have not entered a value in the CompanyCode field in the query message, and the debtor (Deb torPartyInternalID) exists in several company codes.
  • Once the return data of the function module called internally in the service has been mapped by the internal structure to the structure of the response message, BAdI method outbound_processing is called, which you can use to adapt the result of the mapping transaction.

In the standard system, there is no activated BAdI implementation.

This BAdI is designed for multiple use. All activated implementations are called and executed.

This BAdI is filter-dependent.

For information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.

This BAdI uses interface EBPP_IF_TRADE_RECEIV_OPEN_RDQR. For more information, display the interface in the Class Builder.
