ECATT_SCOV - Activate Coverage Measurement

If you want to generate coverage measurements when executing texts, you have to activate coverage measurement.

Activate the main switch for coverage measurement in transaction SCOV.

Also perform this step for test execution in all remote target systems in which you want coverage measurements to be generated.
