ECATT_WD_SICF_PING - Activate ecattping Service

To enable eCATT to process Web dynpro applications, the "ecattping" service must be activated in every target system.

ABAP System:

In the target system, start transaction SICF and navigate to the service "ecattping". In the menu "Service/Virt. Host", choose the function "Activate".

JAVA System:

In "Visual Administrator", select the options "Server"->"Services"->"Deploy".

On the "Runtime" tab, choose "Application".

Select "ecattping", then choose "Start Application".
