ECPAO_PLHD_CON - Define Additional Event Data Configuration

In this Customizing activity, you can configure the additional event infotype data configuration.

You must enable the switch "Migration to EC - Additional Event Records" in the V_ECPAO_CONSTANT view. Through this we can initiate the process for additional event records.

You defined the configuration settings for the additional events infotype data before the cut off date.

  1. To enable the process, set the value "X" for "Migration to EC - Additional Event Records" in the V_ECPAO_CONSTANT view.
  2. To maintain the additional event infotype data details, enter the details in the V_ECPAO_PLHD_ CON view.
  • Choose a Transformation Template Group, for which you want to add an additional event types.

  • Enter the country for which you want to maintain the additional event infotype data to be maintained. If you do not provide any country, then the additional event infotype data would be applicable for all the available countries for which the configuration is not maintained in this view.

  • Choose the Transformation Template (Job information & Personal information). Here you need to select the transformation template for which the data should be set as constant or database value.

  • Choose the EC Field ID from the above mentioned transformation template. Once the EC field ID is selected, corresponding description is populated in the EC field description field.

  • Choose the Value Type from the drop down box. From the value type, you can maintain whether the selected EC field should hold a constant value or a database value.

  • Constant value type can be used for any EC field ID irrespective of the infotype field. For constant value type, Constant column should be maintained.

Database value type can be used only for the EC field ID, which is a part of a valid PA infotype. Constant column should not be maintained for this infotype.
