ECPAO_V_ECPAO_FLD - Transport Imported Metadata and Check Metadata for File-Based Data Transfer

In this Customizing activity, you can check the metadata that you have imported using the following programs:
- Import Metadata from Employee Central Using CSV File (ECPAO_ECFLD_METADATA_WRITER)
- Import Metadata from Employee Central Using XML File (ECPAO_ECTMPL_METADATA_WRITER)
Don't make any changes in this Customizing view to the metadata that you've uploaded for the Web Service Entity type. Use the metadata import program to update the entries in this view.
If you've uploaded metadata for the CSV Data Import Entity type, you might need to make some changes in this view. For example:
- If a field is a required field in your Employee Central data model and you want the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to validate the settings for this field, select the Is Required checkbox.
- You might need to specify the data type for fields. For fields that contain a date, for example, choose the datetime data type so that the content can be identified correctly.
To store the entries in this view on a transport request (for example, to transport them from your ERP test system to your productive system), choose Table View -> Transport.
