ECPAO_V_IT_FILT - Define Filtering of Infotype and Subtype for Employee Central

In this Customizing activity, you can define the infotypes and sub-types, which should be ignored during the replication process at country grouping level based on work-force.

You are replicating an employee master data from Employee Central and you don't want a specific infotype and subtype to be replicated.

This is an optional customizing activity and when you perform the replication without setting the infotypes and subtypes all the data mapped in the mapping table would be replicated.

1. Enter the infotype field.
2. Enter the subtype.
3. Enter the country grouping

Note:

Wildcard (*) characters are supported for both country grouping and subtype. If you enter wildcard *, all subtypes or country grouping would not be replicated. In addition, you can also enter a specific subtype and country grouping for which you don't want the data to be replicated.

1. Enter the work-force category

• ,,,,The type of workforce will determine if the employee in the current scope is a contingent worker or a normal employee.

Note:

V_ECPAO_IT_FILT table would act as a negative list of infotypes, which would be ignored during the replication process. Any infotypes/subtypes that is entered in this list would be ignored during the replication process based on the country grouping and workforce category.
