EDOC_ADAPTER - Determine Variable Key for eDocument Numbering

This Business Add-In enables you to make enhancements to the processing of eDocuments.
By implementing this BAdI, you can define, for example, that for some types of source documents the system should not create eDocuments.
Additionally, if you are creating eDocuments using Application Interface Framework (AIF), you can use this BAdI to enhance the standard XML mapping that generates eDocuments to edit standard fields or add new ones.
Implement the BAdI as required following the instructions.
For a country/region, you can have different BAdI implementations. This is the case if you want to create eDocuments from different use cases as the standard ones. For example, if you want you create eDocuments out of source documents from industry solutions that are not covered in the standard development. For that, you can use the Generic filter attribute for selection of specific BAdI implementation (GENERIC_FILTER) to determine which BAdI implementation to use for the creation of eDocument instances.
