EDOC_MX_PDF_ITEM_FLD - BAdI: Additional Item Fields in PDF Output

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the eDocument Mexico (CA-GTF-CSC-EDO-MX) component. You can use this BAdI to change the values of the following :

• Add item fields to the standard PDF output of electronic documents, for example, Gross Weight and Net Weight

• Specify mappings for additional item fields

Note: Only if the additional item field that you want to add isn't included in the standard XML mappings, do you need to implement this BAdI.

You can use this BAdI in the Mexico eInvoice and Mexico Delivery Note processes. The system calls the BAdI when you display a PDF file in the eDocument Cockpit.

A structured, importing parameter is_source is available, providing information about a source document. It contains the following parameters:

salesdocumentnum	Billing Document Number
accountingdocumentnum	Accounting Document Number
deliverydocumentnum	Delivery Document Number
fiscalyear	Fiscal Year
edoctype	eDocument Type

A changing parameter CT_ADDITIONAL_LINE_ITEM_FIELDS is available, which is a table. It contains the following parameters:

Parameter	Description
lineitem	Item Number in XML File
It's the sequence number of the corresponding Concepto node in an XML file.
nodename	Name of Additional Item Field
nodevalue	Value of Additional Item Field

Note:

A nodename is a string without spaces. For example, if you want to add an item field Gross Weight, use GrossWeight as the nodename.
