EDOMXEXPORT_V - Define Fixed Values and Value Mappings for the Foreign Trade Complement

Define the fixed values and value mappings that are required for the foreign trade complement in export invoices.

This Configuration step is relevant for export invoices only. Customs require that a foreign trade complement be included in export invoices. The foreign trade complement contains more details about an export transaction. You must fill in the foreign trade complement in compliance with customs.

In this Configuration step, you do the following:

• Define the fixed values required by customs (for example, Request Key for Foreign Trade and Complement Version)

• Map your region codes to state codes defined by customs

• Map your sales units to units of measure codes used by customs

• Assign commodity codes to units of measure codes used by customs
