EDOPROCSTEPMODXV - Define Process Step Execution Mode for Inbound

Use

You use thiscustomizing activity to modify the predefined standard execution, such as the execution of the inbound process, if it's automatic, manual, or even exclude one of them accordingly.

Note:

The system searches such configurations according to the priority predetermined, while you were setting the fields order. The more fields you have filled, the highest is the priority during the search.

Moreover, the execution of each step contains different criteria, according to the step. For example, some can't be disabled and others can't be set as manuals.

Follow the procedure below to complete this customization:

1. Select the eDocument Process in the work area list.
2. Double click on the respective entry, for example, Brazil Normal Purchase.
3. Press Enter pushbutton.
4. Fill in a combination of the fields, such as Company Code, Plant, Process Stepetc.
5. Define whether they are automatic, manual or disable them.
6. Click on Save to complete this task.
