Define UniCodes and number ranges for numbering electronic delivery notes in Turkey.
You need to carry out this configuration step if you choose to generate delivery note IDs by yourself. If you don't carry out this step, then you service provider assigns delivery note IDs to your delivery notes.
A delivery note ID contains 16 characters and the format is as follows:
UniCodes contain three alphanumeric characters, which prevent duplicate delivery note IDs from being generated within a company.
In this configuration step, you define a UniCode and a number range for a sender alias. As a result, the IDs of the delivery notes sent with this sender alias have the same UniCode as the first three characters. The last nine-character sequence numbers in the IDs of the delivery notes sent with this sender alias are generated automatically from the number range interval of the number range.
Using the eDocument Type field, you can restrict the usage of a number range to registered users or unregistered users only. If you want to use a number range for delivery notes for registered users only, enter the eDocument type TR_DELN. If you want to use a number range for delivery notes for unregistered users only, enter the eDocument type TR_DLUN. If you leave the eDocument Type field blank, the system uses the number range for delivery notes for both registered and unregistered users.
After you complete this configuration step, you define number range intervals for number ranges by carrying out the Define Number Range Intervals for Delivery Note Numbering configuration step.
