Define UniCodes and number ranges for numbering eInvoices in Turkey.
You need to carry out this configuration step if you choose to generate eInvoice IDs by yourself.
An eInvoice ID contains 16 characters and the format is as follows:
In this configuration step, you define UniCodes and number ranges for eInvoice numbering. UniCodes contain three alphanumeric characters, which prevent duplicate eInvoice IDs from being generated within a company. You assign a sender alias to a UniCode. As a result, the IDs of the eInvoices sent with this sender alias have the same UniCode as the first three characters. After you enter a company code, sender alias, and UniCode and press Enter, the number range is automatically generated according to the following format:
The last nine-character sequence numbers in the IDs of the eInvoices sent with the sender alias are generated automatically from the number range interval of this number range.
After you complete this configuration step, you define number range intervals for the number ranges generated in this Customizing activity by carrying out the Define Number Range Intervals for eInvoice Numberingconfiguration step.
