Disable Email Notifications in Environment Management

Disable email notifications in Environment Management apps.

By default, users receive email notifications from Environment Management apps.

Choose New Entries, and then select the Disable Email in EM checkbox. This will disable the following email notifications:

  • Notification for Overdue Data Collection Values

  • Escalation for Overdue Data Collection Values

  • Notification for Assigned Data Collection

  • Notification for Compliance Scenario Deactivation

  • Notification for Released Compliance Req Revision

  • Notification for Success after Import from PM

  • Notification for Error after Import from PM

  • Detected Error in Calculation on SystemClientID

  • Detected Recursive Calculation on SystemClientID

  • Detected Error in Aggregation on SystemClientID

  • Detected Recursive Calculation on SystemClientID

  • Permit will soon reach its expiration date

This email notifications are disabled for all users in the system, not only for the user who created the entry.

To enable notifications again, deselect the Disable Email in EM checkbox. You can also choose the Delete button to delete the entry.

When large amounts of data are imported into the system, users may receive an unusually high volume of email notifications. To avoid this, you can disable email notifications before a mass data import. When the import is complete, you can enable the notifications again.
