EHENV_PMT_STATUS_MAP - Assign Compliance Requirement Status to Permit Lifecycle

In this configuration step, you can map a permit lifecycle value to a compliance requirement status.

The permit lifecycle describes the standard permit management process whereas the compliance requirement status describes the different stages of the record for a permit in the system which is established by local authority and legislation.

Therefore, it is important to ensure there is a link between the permit lifecycle and its compliance requirement status.

Review the permit lifecycle values and compliance requirement statuses mapped by SAP and maintain them as needed.

• You can map the permit lifecycle values added by you, with field IDs Y or Z.

Note: A permit cannot be created or maintained if there is no mapping between the permit lifecycle and status values.

If a compliance requirement document has a permit lifecycle "Expired", the permit is no longer valid. In this case, the permit status should not be "New".
