EHFNDV_EVENTDEF - Specify Events for Workflow Tasks

In this Customizing activity, you can specify the workflow events that are used for EHS workflows.
By selecting the Task Typecheckbox, you specify that a workflow event can be used as the task type in EHS task management.
You have made the necessary settings in the Customizing activity Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing.
You can use the events and their corresponding workflows to support your business processes. If you want to add own processes or workflows, add own events that are defined on your adapter class (see Customizing activity Assign Semantic Objects to Workflow Interface Classes).
Recommendation: A system administrator or a person with the necessary experience in adapting workflows and developing classes should be involved in making the settings in this Customizing activity.
1. Check the existing examples and adapt them as required.
2. If necessary, define additional entries. Note that the event name must be unique.
3. If needed, select the task type checkbox to enable the event to be used for task definitions.
The standard system is delivered with the TASK_REQUESTED event. This event includes the following elements:
- Workflow Event: TASK_REQUESTED
Name of the workflow event that is raised by the application.
- Task Type: X
The workflow event is selectable as a task definition type.
- Task Type Description: Task
When displaying the tasks that have been created with this event, the description is shown as their task types.
