Specify roles of persons responsible for activities and the related tasks at locations in Environment, Health, and Safetyapps.

You can specify the roles of persons responsible for certain tasks at the locations of your company. You can allow the assignment of multiple persons responsible to a role.

Some roles are enabled for multiple assignment of persons responsible by default.

1. Check the existing examples and adapt them as required.
2. If necessary, define additional entries.

Note: When you select the corresponding checkbox for a role, the system allows you to assign multiple persons responsible to the selected role. If the checkbox is not selected, it is only possible to assign one person responsible to the role.

An Environmental Manager, for example, is responsible for scheduling data collections. Persons with this role can schedule the collection of data from devices within an industrial plant.
