Specify the output of dangerous goods data on documents within the value chain, if you transport dangerous goods.

If you transport dangerous goods, you have to print data of the transported dangerous good on documents within the value chain, such as sales order confirmations, delivery notes, and the ADR Dangerous Goods Notes. The dangerous goods data that must be printed are determined by the type of the document. In this configuration step, you can specify which dangerous goods data is printed on which document and in which sequence.

The description template that is delivered with the software is divided into the following segments:

  • For the dangerous goods description.
    Example: UN 1717 ACETYL CHLORIDE, 3 (8), II, (flashpoint: 4 °C)
    Segregation Group: 1 - Acids
  • For the dangerous goods package and quantity information.
    Example: 5 Steel Drums x 200L
  • For hazard notes and additional information.
Example: Must be protected from direct sunshine and stored in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from heat.

With the selection of a description template segment in one of the 3 Output Sequence fields, you specify the sequence in which the dangerous goods data is printed.
In addition, you can specify for each output scenario if you want to print the dangerous goods regulations on a document together with their modes of transport and the transport permission.

The settings you make in this configuration step are not only used to specify the printed dangerous goods data, they are also used to manage the output for the dangerous goods description on the classification dialog.

Check the existing examples and adapt them as required.
