EHFND_EML_NTF - Define E-Mail Notification Types, Sections, Default E-Mail Templates

In this Customizing activity, you can define the e-mail notification types with their sections, and corresponding default e-mail templates to use in the Environment, Health, and Safety component.

• You have to use standard delivered e-mail templates as default templates.

The configuration for the default e-mail templates is delivered with the application as part of the software.

1. Define an e-mail notification type.
2. In the sub-view, define the corresponding sections, and assign a default e-mail template to each one of them.

Note: There can be sections with identical names and IDs across multiple e-mail notification types.

1. Define E-Mail Notification Type: "REPORTING_DUE" - "A report is due to be prepared and sent".

2. Define sections:

• "MAIN_SECTION" - "Header section"

• "REQUESTED_DATA" - "Information on what data is to be included in the report"

• "TIMELINES" - "Timelines for the report".

3. Assign default e-mail templates to all sections that you’ve just created.

4. Save and transport.
