Configure and assign templates for e-mail notifications in Environment, Health, and Safetyapplications.

In this Customizing activity, you can enable the use of e-mail templates for the e-mail notifications sent by the system in the Environment, Health, and Safetycomponent. Enabling the use of e-mail templates will replace the use of the corresponding workflow-based notifications. These notifications are sent to the Environmental Manager, for example, in case of errors or changes of bigger impact in the system to objects such as locations, compliance requirements, compliance scenarios, and the activities related to them.

Optionally, you can also reconfigure the e-mail template to be used for one or more of the sections of the e-mail notification.

There is no limitation on enabling and disabling this option multiple times.

• If you want to use a custom e-mail template for any of the notifications (instead of the standard delivered one), you need to have created the e-mail template first.

The standard system is delivered with the use of e-mail templates not enabled by default.

Standard e-mail templates are delivered as part of the Environment, Health, and Safetysolution.

• Enable the use of e-mail templates for any e-mail notification type.

• Enable a custom e-mail template to use for a given section of a notification, instead of the one that is delivered by default.
