EHFND_PC_BUSFEAT_DT - Specify Excluded Document Types for Integration

Specify document types that are not to be considered in compliance checks and substance volume tracking.

If the business feature for the corresponding integration feature is active, the system carries out compliance checks during the creation of documents within the value chain, such as sales orders, outbound deliveries, or stock transfer orders, and tracks substance volumes of confirmed quantities that derive from these documents.
The compliance checks verify, for example, if a product is marketable in certain countries, if all safety data sheets are available for this product in the languages that are required, and if the transport of this product is allowed.
The substance volume tracking functionality enables tracking, calculating, aggregating, and monitoring the imported, produced, and exported substance volumes that result from specific processes in the value chain.

In this configuration step, you can specify for each business feature the document types that are not considered for the integration features. For the document types that you enter in this configuration step, either no checks are carried out or substance volumes are not tracked. For all other documents, the compliance checks are carried out and, if issues arise, the system blocks a document. With the Substance Volume Tracking business feature the document types that are not excluded are considered relevant for tracking.

The business features for the integration are activated.

The standard system is delivered without any settings. That means that the system considers all documents for the integration features. In the case of checks all documents are blocked if issues arise.

If necessary, enter documents that are not to be considered for a selected business feature.

Note:You cannot exclude document types for processes that are not supported by the business feature.
