Specify the roles of persons responsible for activities and the related tasks to be inherited from superordinate locations in Environment, Health, and Safetyapps.
You can specify the roles to automatically inherit the assigned persons responsible from superordinate locations in the subordinate locations that do not have persons responsible assigned for roles.
This means that if a given location does not have assigned persons responsible to specific roles, the system allows the automatic inheritance of persons responsible from the superordinate locations in the location structure. By specifying roles, you enable the inheritance and assignment of persons responsible that occupy these roles.
The inheritance of roles has effect on all locations across the location structure.
The following roles are enabled for inheritance across the location hierarchy by default:
- Environmental Technician
- Environmental Manager
- Incident Manager
- Check the existing examples and adapt them as required.
- If necessary, define additional entries.
