In this Customizing activity, you can specify form groups for risk assessment types.

During a risk assessment process, you can create reports for a risk assessment on the Documents tab. You can create reports using only the forms that belong to the form group assigned to the risk assessment type, for example, only forms of the group relevant to health risk assessments.

• In Customizing activity Specify Forms under Foundation for EHS, you have defined the available forms.

• In Customizing activity Specify Form Groups, under Foundation for EHS, you have specified form groups and assigned forms to form groups.

1. Check the existing examples and adapt them as required.
2. If necessary, assign forms groups for each risk assessment type.
