The investigation of incidents that occurred in your organization can include a control effectiveness evaluation. Based on the results of this evaluation, you can review and update the risk assessments that the evaluated controls are assigned to. You can then notify the responsible incident investigation lead of the review results .

You use this Customizing activity to specify the review results that can be communicated to the investigation lead.

• You use the incident management application that is delivered with the Environment, Health, and Safety component.

• You have configured the control effectiveness evaluation as an incident investigation step in the Customizing activity Specify Steps.
