EHHSS_INC_GRC - Specify Selection Criteria for Data Transfer

In this Customizing activity, you can specify the selection criteria for incidents that must be reported to the SAP BusinessObjects Risk Management component included in SAP BusinessObjects governance, risk, and compliance solutions (GRC solutions).The system uses these selection criteria to determine which incidents, near misses, and safety observations must be taken into account when transferring incident information to GRC solutions.

You can select the relevant incident records by using the following selection criteria:

• Incident category

• Incident group

• Fatality

• Actual expenses

• Risk rating

• You have activated an implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI) BAdI: Integration to GRC (BADI_EHHSS_INC_GRC_INT) to enable integration with GRC solutions.

1. Specify the incident categories and incident groups that you want to report to GRC solutions.

You must specify at least one incident category. To further restrict the selection, you can also assign an incident group to each entry. If you want to report more than one incident group per incident category, you can create several entries for the same incident category. If you do not specify an incident group, all incidents are reported for the specified incident category.

1. Specify any of the following additional selection criteria:

• Fatality

You can specify that you want to report incidents if these involve a fatal injury or illness.

• Actual expenses

You can specify a limit of actual expenses above which incidents must be reported to GRC solutions.

• Risk rating

You can specify one or more risk ratings to report incidents that involve a risk with the specified risk ratings.

Note: You must restrict the selection by using at least one additional selection criterion. If you specify several additional selection criteria, the system selects all incident records that meet oneof these criteria.
