In this Customizing activity you set-up a directory structure for IMDS.

Set-up directory structure for IMDS

Create the download, archive and error directories on the application server. We recommend that you use the following folder structure to import the IMDS All files:

  • Download folder: \\Application_Server\…\EHPRC_Files\Import\
  • Archive folder: \\Application_Server\…\EHPRC_Files\Archive\
  • Error folder: \\Application_Server\…\EHPRC_Files\Error\

Create logical path and file name definitions for the IMDS directories

Create the following logical path in transaction FILE:

Logical File Path EHPRC_HOME_PATH
Name Product Compliance Home Path

Create the following logical file name definitions in transaction FILE:

Logical file Name Physical File Data Format Application Area Logical Path
EHPRC_ARCHIVE_DIR Product Compliance Archive Directory import\archive\ DIR EHPRC_HOME_PATH
EHPRC_ERROR_DIR Product Compliance Error Directory import\error\ DIR EHPRC_HOME_PATH
EHPRC_IMPORT_DIR Product Compliance Import Directory import\ DIR EHPRC_HOME_PATH
