EHPRC_UPD_RELS_REL_L - Update after Change of Release Relevant Levels

In this Customizing activity, you execute a report that needs to be executed whenever a change in Customizing for the release-relevant levels has taken place. The report sets the data to be consistent according to the latest changes in the Customizing of the release-relevant levels.

If the changes affect the compliance data (for example, the Compliance Object is no longer release-relevant), the data is updated accordingly as follows:

• After the changes in Customizing are executed, if the compliance object is not release-relevant, the report sets the requirement status as follows:

• Status "In Process" is set to "Not Relevant".

• Status "Released" is set to "Historic".

• If the compliance object is release-relevant, the requirement status "Not Relevant" is set to "In Process".

You have already completed the Customizing activity Define Release Relevant Levels.
