EHSBCV_COMPTYP - Specify Composition Types

In this IMG activity, you define the composition types and specification types for which the system can perform the compliance check.

You have created specification types in Customizing for Product Safety and Stewardship, by choosing Basic Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Master -> Specify Specification Types.

Create the required composition types and assign the specification types.

If you create a new composition type, you have to adjust the set of rules and the mapping table accordingly. You also have to create a corresponding filter implementation for the Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_EHSB_RC_COMP_EXPL.

If you delete a composition type, you do not have to take any further action.
