EHS_ESC_SUPPLCOM - Specify Additional Data for Sales Organization

In this Customizing activity, you specify the following information for the sales organization:

• E-mail address for information relevant to product safety

• DUNS code

The e-mail address and the DUNS code can be provided as parameter values in the safety data sheet (SDS). See further information under Provide Additional Information for Sales Organization.

The system also copies the e-mail address and the DUNS code into the ESComXML file (final report). If the system is not able to determine an e-mail address, it issues a warning in the flow trace of report shipping, and the attribute remains empty in the ESComXML file. If the system is not able to determine a DUNS code, this attribute remains empty in the ESComXML file.

1. Enter the e-mail address that you wish to use for information relevant to product safety.
2. Assign the DUNS code to the sales organization.
