EHS_ESC_SYMBOL_GRP - Provide Additional Information for Sales Organization

You can use the Edit Report Templates transaction to insert an e-mail address and your DUNS code into material safety data sheets. Report symbols that are used to provide the additional information are assigned to the report symbol group05A Additional Data for Sales Organization.
- In the Customizing activity Specify Report Symbol Groups, the report symbol group 05A Additional Data for Sales Organization has been defined.
- In the Customizing activity Check and Specify Report Symbols the report symbols EHS_INFML and EHS_DUNS (Report Symbol Type: Parameter) have been defined. If you wish to use user-defined report symbols, you must create these using the report symbol type Parameter.
- In the Customizing activity Specify Additional Data for Sales Organization, you have entered an e-mail address and your DUNS code for the sales organization.
Adjust report symbol EHS_INFML:
- Change the report symbol EHS_INFML in the Customizing activity Check and Specify Report Symbols or create a new symbol (Report Symbol Type: Parameter).
- Enter the following data:
- Report symbol group: ,,05A
- Access parameter: ,,,,TABLE
- Expansion time: ,,Symbol value is application-dependent (expand in report)
- Report symbol descr.: ,,E-mail address for info. rel. to prod. safety
- Table name: ,,,,ESEESCS_PARAM_VALUE
- Field name: ,,,,,,VKORG_EMAIL
- Save the symbol.
Adjust report symbol EHS_DUNS:
- Change the report symbol EHS_DUNS in the Customizing activity Check and Specify Report Symbols or create a new symbol (Report Symbol Type: Parameter).
- Enter the following data:
- Report symbol group: ,,05A
- Access parameter: ,,,,TABLE
- Expansion time: ,,Symbol value is application-dependent (expand in report)
- Report symbol descr.: ,,DUNS code
- Table name: ,,,,ESEESCS_PARAM_VALUE
- Field name: ,,,,,,DUNS_CODE
- Save the symbol.
Inserting report symbols into the report template:
- Open the report template in transaction Edit Report Templates and enter the symbols into the document.
