EHS_MD_110_05_2 - Specify Authorization Groups

Specify authorization groups for business areas and assign specification categories to them.

Specify authorization groups, then assign specification categories to them to grant access to specific groups of recipes and specifications.

To create a new authorization group, select New Entries, enter an ID and a description, then navigate to the Specification Categorytab to select the objects for which you want to enable the usage of the newly created authorization group.

In Recipe Development, the following specification categories are defined:

• Allergen (ALLERGEN)

• Allergen group (ALLGROUP)

• Diet (DIET)

• Diet group (DIETGROUP)

• GMO (GMO)

• GMO group (GMOGROUP)

• Nutrient (NUTRIENT)

• Nutrient group (NUTGROUP)

• Package (PACKAGE)

• Pure substance (PURE)

• Raw substance (RAW)

• Property specification (RCP_PROP)

• Real substance (REAL)

• Recipe (RECIPE_WUI)

• Religious certificate (RELIGIOUS)

• Religious certificate group (RELGROUP)

• Stream substance (STREAM)

To ensure correct system behavior, each specification category in use must be assigned to at least one authorization group.
