EHS_MD_120_50_03 - Set Up Job for Starting Workflow
Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component Structure SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3upThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this IMG activity, you set up a job for the report RC1WFSUB that starts the workflow in Prodcut Safety and Stewardship.
The report RC1WFSUB executes the following steps:
- It lists all change documents for specification data that has been created since the last time the report was started.
- It generates a list of the following combinations (specification, changed object).
- The list is generated from change documents and displays the relevant specification for each object change. Changes may have been made to the following objects:
- Value assignment types
- Header data (ESTRH)
- Identifiers (ESTRI)
- Material-specification assignment (ESTMJ)
- References (ESTRR)
- It checks and compares the combinations (specification, changed object) with the start condition in the workflow definition (see Specify Start Condition).
- All specifications that have passed the check are transferred as a set of specifications to the workflow.
- It starts the workflow using the function module SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW.
- Only those workflows are started for which a start condition has been entered.
You have specified the following environment parameters:
- WF_SUB_FLG_ACTIVE (activates the workflow)
- WF_SUB_DATE_FROM and WF_SUB_TIME_FROM (specify the time period that is checked by the report RC1WFSUB).
For more information about environment parameters, see Check User Exit and Environment Parameters.
