EHS_MD_130_20_2B - Assign Language and Lead Time to Country/Region

In this Customizing activity you assign languages to countries/regions, so that documents can be created in all official languages of a country/region.

For automatic report shipping, the reports are output in the languages that the system finds for the determined countries/regions in this Customizing table and for which no report category has been specified. The reports are also output in the languages to which the current report category to be sent is assigned.

In addition, you specify the lead time for processing and shipping of shipping orders in days. (The target shipping time for a shipping order is calculated from a reference point (goods issue date, for example, minus the lead time.)

Country/region: CH (Switzerland)
Languages: DE (German)
FR (French)
IT (Italian)

Reports that are shipped in Switzerland are therefore output in German, French, and Italian (the official languages of Switzerland).

If you also want to specify that tremcards that are shipped to Switzerland are also output in English, add the following entry:
Country/region: CH, Language: EN, Report category: TREMC

Note:

The tremcard is also output in the native languages of the driver. For more information, see the Customizing activity Check Language Determination.

• Call the transaction.

• Maintain country/region-language assignments for all countries/regions to which you ship documents.

• Define the lead time.
