EHS_SARA_001 - Schedule Report to Determine Hazardous Substance Quantities

In this IMG activity you schedule the report program REHS_HAZARD_AMNT_DET (Determine Quantities of Hazardous Substances for SARA Reports). This report program determines the quantities of hazardous substances on the basis of which the report program REHS_SARA31X (SARA Reports SARA 311, SARA 312 Tier I, and SARA 312 Tier II) prepares data for the reports, which are prescribed by the U.S. Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA).

Note:

REHS_HAZARD_AMNT_DET writes the determined values to the table CCIHT_HAZ_AMOUNT and transfers the values in accordance with your settings either daily or once a month to the risk assessment of the work area. So that the number of entries in the table CCIHT_HAZ_AMOUNT does not become too large, you should delete the entries after a few months using the report program REHS_HAZ_AMOUNT_DEL (Delete Old Data Records from Hazardous Substance Inventory List). This report program deletes the entries up to the month you specify when you run the program.

Schedule the report program REHS_HAZARD_AMNT_DET so that it runs daily shortly before midnight. For more information on scheduling reports, see the SAP Library, Getting Started -> Background Processing.
