This IMG activity describes how you edit the condition records of output type SDB for shipping in the master data for the SAP component Sales and Distribution.

According to your requirements, edit the following as key combinations:

  • Sales Organization/Customer Number
  • Sales Organization/Delivery Type
  1. In the SAP menu, choose Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Output -> Shipping -> Create or Change.
  2. Enter SDB as output type and confirm your entry.
  3. Select the required key combination and confirm.
To be able to select the key combination, the access sequence must have been specified under Check Access Sequence and Condition Tables.
  1. Enter your sales organization and confirm (in create mode) or choose Execute (in display mode).
  2. According to the key combination, enter your required delivery type or customer number and confirm.
The SAP system completes the default values from Customizing (function SH, transmission medium 8, send time 1) (see Check Output Types).
  1. Save your entries.
